We are a specialty manufacturer of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite panels and laminates. Using proprietary technology, up to ten foot wide panels are thermally bonded without secondary adhesives, delivering stronger bonds and more efficient manufacturing.
Products are designed and customized to maximize performance while minimizing weight, serving markets including recreational vehicles, commercial transportation, automotive, and industrial applications.
Our composite panels are constructed using TekModo continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic facesheets thermally bonded with a variety of internal core materials — including thermoplastic foam, honeycomb core, and non-woven fiber. No secondary adhesives are used, resulting in a stronger bond and a more efficient manufacturing process.
The Fortis product line is part of our consolidated fleece family, which includes both Fortis and TX3 variants. Fortis incorporates impregnated fiberglass layers bonded with thermoplastic film, providing a higher film-layer count than comparable non-woven products for enhanced structural integrity.
• Weight range: 620 GSM to 2,000 GSM
• Up to 12 input layers per production run
• Available as 10-foot wide sheet or in coiled form
• Longest pre-nip consolidation oven for superior lamination quality
• Suitable for tight-radius and complex-geometry applications
• Recreational vehicles
• Bus and coach interiors
• Automotive structures and panels
The TX3 series is our advanced thermal composite laminate, forming part of the consolidated fleece product family alongside Fortis. TX3 is designed for high-performance applications requiring controlled thermal and structural properties, utilizing unity tape and multi-layer construction for consistent in-plane performance.
• Multi-layer unity tape construction
• Engineered for thermal and structural performance
• 10-foot wide format sheet or coil
• Structural composite applications
• Transportation and industrial components
The BICO non-woven composite panel delivers a strong, durable, and lightweight solution optimized for tight-radius forming applications. Constructed using bi-component (BICO) fiber technology, this series is recommended where conformability and low-weight structural performance are critical.
• Strong, durable, and lightweight construction
• Recommended for tight radius bends and formed geometries
• Thermally bonded — no secondary adhesives
• Recreational vehicles (RV)
• Bus and coach applications
• Automotive interior and structural panels
We produce reflective liner panels for thermal management applications, including refrigerated trailer and truck body roof liners. These lightweight panels provide a white reflective surface (as distinct from metallic alternatives) for superior thermal performance. Available as stand-alone product configurations in 10-foot format.
• Reflective white surface for thermal efficiency
• Lightweight panel construction
• Stand-alone product — no assembly required
• Compatible with standard roofing integration processes
• Refrigerated (reefer) trailer roof liners
• Commercial transportation thermal management
Our manufacturing platforms are built for flexibility, allowing products to be configured to your exact specifications through the following parameters:
• Facesheet layer count and fiber orientation
• Facesheet thickness and overall panel thickness
• Fiber content and fiber type (fiberglass, non-woven, BICO, etc.)
• Core material selection (thermoplastic foam, honeycomb, non-woven fiber)
• GSM weight range (620 GSM to 2,000 GSM for fleece products)
• Input layer count (up to 12 layers per pass)
• Output format: 10-foot wide flat sheet or coiled roll
• Surface finish: smooth, textured, reflective, or decorative film laminate
Our engineering team works directly with you to define panel architecture based on structural requirements, weight targets, and application environment. Samples and validation runs are available prior to full production commitment.
